We are looking for Part-time Game Masters. The Game Master is responsible for the guests' fun and interactive experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must be FUN and OUTGOING! Must enjoy working with and meeting new people. Must be a team player, quick learner, attentive to detail  and have excellent customer service skills.

We offer a fun work environment with opportunities for growth, 2-6 days per week including nights, weekends and holidays. PTO (paid time off) and bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests

​

  • Conduct business operations including opening and closing procedures

​

  • Present the game story introductions while being "in-character" for that themed room

​

  • Monitor the game and provide assistance (hints) to our guests as needed

​

  • Act as a given character as required

​

  • Interact with guests post game and take team photos

​

  • Reset and clean rooms efficiently and timely

​

  • General housekeeping and other light duties as needed

​

  • Accept bookings and take payment in person or by phone

​

QUALIFICATIONS

​

  • Must be at least 18 years old

​

  • Be drug free and pass a North Carolina background check

​

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

​

  • Must have a valid drivers license and own transportation

​

  • Must be FUN, outgoing and posses exceptional interpersonal skills.

​

  • Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to handle pressure

​

  • Proven track record of excellent customer service

​

  • Prefer escape room or related experience
